Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
The following terms and conditions relate to purchases made through MindBody Online. By using our website and making online purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.
- All passes are non-refundable
- All passes are non-transferable.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars. (CAD)
- Class packages are good at One Yoga Victoria.
- Workshop + training deposits and payments are non-refundable, unless otherwsise stated.
- There are no expiry dates on class cards.
- Unlimited monthly / yearly passes expire according to type of pass and date of purchase.
- Class package specials are non-extendable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Registration & Purchase
To purchase from One Yoga Victoria online system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Online Sign in Policies
1. We reserve 15 spots for online sign in, the rest for drop in so if you don't see the sign in button, you can try just showing up.
2. You must arrive at least 10 minutes early to claim your online reservation. If you arrive less than 10 minutes early there is a chance your spot will be given to someone else if the class is reaching capacity.
3. If you can't make it to a class, please cancel out. Failure to do so will result in that class being charged to your account.
4. Three no shows for classes will result in your online sign in priviledges being recinded for a period of 3 months.
These policies are in place to respect the time and schedules of your classmates. We appreicate your understanding.
Privacy Policy
One Yoga Victoria respects your security and privacy. We collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed below.
Personally Identifiable Information
One Yoga Victoria collects personally identifiable information from you only with your knowledge and consent.
One Yoga uses the services of two leading Software companies, MindBody Online (www.mindbodyonline.com) and Blue Fin Payment Systems (www.bluefin.com) for web scheduling, registration, order processing and online payments. Please visit their website to acquire information about these companies and their Privacy Policies.
When you make a purchase through MindBody Online, they ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card.
MindBody also requires you to create an account by providing your email address and designating a unique access password for future access to your account information. Creating this account allows MindBody to save your billing information so you will not have to fill out that information again the next time you make a purchase on their site. For your privacy and security, credit card numbers are not stored in the MindBody system.
One Yoga Saskatoon also collects your name and email address if you sign up for our newsletter. An opt-out option is always available.
We do not rent, sell or exchange your name or other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for any purposes. Under no circumstances will your personal information be disclosed to any third party unless we seek your express consent or are required to do so by law.
One Yoga Mailing List
When you sign up to our email mailing list, we will use your email address to send you an email newsletter, once per month, containing new schedules, holiday hours and info on any events or promotions we are offering. Mid-month reminders may also mailed as workshop registration deadlines approach.
Each newsletter will contain simple instructions on how to unsubscribe (opt-out) from the newsletter list. Each newsletter will also contain a link that will allow you to log in to the email system and change the current data so that you are always in control of the information you provide.
